Terms governing use of the Redwood Path Advisory website and advisory services in Taiwan.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at workspace-redwoodpath.click (“Site”) operated by Redwood Path Advisory (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the advisory services we offer. By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

Use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site. Separate engagement letters govern specific advisory projects and prevail over these Terms where they conflict.

2. Services

Redwood Path Advisory provides business model refinement and related advisory services to niche operators. Information on the Site describes our services for general guidance. A binding agreement forms only when both parties sign an engagement letter or written confirmation.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, and layout — is owned by Redwood Path Advisory or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Reports and materials delivered under a paid engagement are licensed to you for internal business use. You may not resell or publicly distribute our advisory reports without consent.

4. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorised access, transmitting harmful code, or using contact forms for unsolicited commercial messages unrelated to advisory inquiries.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. General information on the Site does not constitute professional advice for your specific situation. Advisory recommendations apply only within the scope of a signed engagement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Taiwan, Redwood Path Advisory shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Site use or reliance on general content. Our total liability under any advisory engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Redwood Path Advisory against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

The Site may link to external resources. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taichung, Taiwan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
