Who this is for
The Business Model Refinement Audit suits niche operators who have proven demand — repeat clients, festival bookings, studio members — but feel their pricing, packages, or custom-work boundaries no longer reflect how they actually operate. Typical clients include wedding florists, artisan food producers, boutique fitness instructors, and small creative studios with fewer than ten staff.
What you receive
Over three weeks, a senior advisor reviews your current offer structure, revenue streams, delivery costs, and seasonal patterns. The engagement includes:
- A 90-minute discovery session at our Taichung office or via video call
- Review of your price list, booking records, and scope documents you provide
- One follow-up interview with you (and optionally a key team member)
- A written report with specific recommendations on pricing tiers, package design, scope limits, and referral boundaries
- A 60-minute findings presentation where we walk through priorities and sequencing
What is not included
This audit does not cover tax filing, legal entity restructuring, marketing campaigns, or website redesign. We may note when those areas need attention and suggest appropriate specialists, but they sit outside this engagement.
Process and timeline
Week 1: Discovery session and document collection. You share recent invoices, a sample booking calendar, and any existing price sheets.
Week 2: Advisor analysis and draft observations. We may ask clarifying questions about material costs, travel time, or rush fees.
Week 3: Final report delivery and presentation. You leave with a prioritised action list — typically three to five changes you can implement without hiring additional staff.
Preparation
Before the first session, gather your current price list, a summary of last quarter’s revenue by service type, and notes on any custom requests you regularly decline or accept reluctantly. No special software is required.
Location and delivery
Sessions can take place at Office 10, 34 Demo Street, Taichung, at your shop or studio, or via video call for operators outside central Taiwan. The written report is delivered as a PDF in English.
Investment
The audit starts at TWD 48,000 for single-location operators with up to three core service lines. Multi-location or businesses with extensive custom product ranges receive a scoped quote after the discovery call.
