How we price advisory work

Our fees reflect the scope of analysis, number of service lines reviewed, and whether sessions are on-site or remote. We quote in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD). All amounts below are exclusive of any applicable taxes.

Business Model Refinement Audit

From TWD 48,000

Covers single-location operators with up to three core service lines. Includes discovery session, document review, written report, and findings presentation over three weeks. Multi-location businesses or operators with extensive custom product catalogues receive a scoped quote after an initial call.

Factors that increase scope: multiple premises, more than three distinct revenue streams, or need for bilingual report delivery.

Revenue Structure Review

From TWD 28,000

A two-week focused engagement on income distribution and seasonal balance. Suitable as a standalone project or follow-up to a prior audit.

Niche Positioning Workshop

TWD 18,000 per half-day session

Includes pre-work questionnaire and positioning materials. Up to three participants from the same business at no extra charge. Additional sessions for new product lines are quoted separately.

Payment terms

• A 40% deposit confirms your engagement start date
• Remaining balance due upon delivery of the final report or completion of the workshop
• Bank transfer is our standard method; details provided in the engagement letter

Quote-based work

If your situation involves export licensing, franchise structuring, or coordination across multiple countries, we prepare a custom proposal after a complimentary 20-minute fit call. There is no charge for this initial conversation when you complete the contact form.

What rates do not include

Travel beyond Greater Taichung, third-party specialist fees, translation services, and any implementation work (such as redesigning your price list layout) are billed separately when requested.
